accommodating staff and a good location, for a short visit. fantastic service, well-appointed room and excellent bathroom. the gardens were small here.

The location and amenities were all very good. The hotel itself was in a fairly quiet area, very close to the centre of queenstown, downtown, the lake and town.

It was a wonderful stay. Fairly clean and cosy place. Room was comfy & exceptionally comfortable beds. Service was welcoming throughout the hotel. Not to mention convenient free parking on site.

I had a lovely stay in a long time. Rooms were tidy and accommodating with facilities you need. I was offered extra blankets when needed.
